HawkSoft Policy Uploader · Last updated 2026-07-05
The HawkSoft Policy Uploader ("the Service") lets an authorized insurance-agency user upload policy documents, have them read by AI, review the extracted data, and write policies into that agency's own HawkSoft system. The Service is currently offered on a beta / free-preview basis.
The Service is not an official HawkSoft product and its operator is not a HawkSoft-approved partner or vendor. It is an independent tool built by an agency owner and shared with other agency owners, which operates using your own HawkSoft credentials and your own HawkSoft account. "HawkSoft" is a trademark of its respective owner and is referenced only to describe compatibility. HawkSoft is not responsible for the Service.
You may use the Service only with valid HawkSoft credentials for an agency you are authorized to act for. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of what you approve for write-back.
AI extraction is not perfect. You must review every field before approving a write. The Service writes data into your system of record; you are solely responsible for verifying coverages, limits, dates, parties, and all other details against the source document. The Service is a productivity tool and does not provide insurance, coverage, or legal advice.
Do not upload documents you are not authorized to process, attempt to access another agency's data, probe or disrupt the Service, or use it unlawfully.
Your handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, including that uploaded documents are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) and that declarations pages are deleted after they are filed to HawkSoft.
The Service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties, and may change or be interrupted. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for errors in AI-extracted data that you approved for write-back. Your remedy is to stop using the Service.
